The day the date asks for.
Weigh-in. Food. Protocol. Cardio. Steps. Stretching. The log opens empty every morning and sits in your face until it isn't. Underneath it, the trajectory to your date, redrawn as you go.

Act one
A goal without a day on it is a mood. Name the weight, name the date — and the whole thing collapses into arithmetic. A weekly rate. A daily number. A line you either hold or you don't.
You give it two things
Reality checkAnd when the date can't carry the number — 12 kg in six weeks — it says so, then shows you the date that can.

Act two
Everything. Not the flattering half. If it moves the body, it goes in the log — the pharmacy, the kitchen, the bar, the bed, the walk to the beach and the day you did nothing.
Sixteen streams, one day log. Sleep and steps arrive on their own from Apple Health. The rest takes a photo or ten seconds.

Claude — or any model over OpenRouter, on your own key — with its hands on every dial. Photograph dinner: logged, with macros. Photograph the scale: weight in. Describe a session: it's in the program. Tracking everything only works if it takes seconds.

Trajectory versus plan, week by week, with the day you named still sitting at the end of it. Your real TDEE measured from what you logged against what the scale did — evidence, not a formula guessing from your height.

Built in a gym.
Not a boardroom.
Act three
Your body answers back. Six weeks in, the plan you started with is the wrong plan — and the only thing that knows the right one is the pile of data you've been feeding it.
Every calorie you logged, against every kilo the scale actually moved. That gap is why the loss stalled — and it is why your targets are about to change.
The weekly check-in
It reads the week — weight trend, adherence, training volume, sleep, protocol — and puts this week's check-in photos next to the last set. Then it moves the numbers and tells you why.
Same date. New arithmetic. Every single week.
Why it exists
We don't care.
We don't sell.
We built this for ourselves — a family getting in shape in Canggu — and we're letting you use it.
“Use it or don't. Rate it or don't.
We'll be in the gym either way.”
